Kelly Clarkson is an American singer and songwriter who has become the nation's favorite when she won the American Idol title in the premiere season. This win did more than propel her to stardom, but also earned her a multi-album record deal together with RCA Records 19 Recordings and 'S Records. Since her debut, she released numerous albums. Of those albums three made it to the top of the US Billboard 200. The others were close to the top spot. Her name is among American Idol's most successful performers. In the course of her career and she started to experiment in new styles and themes of music. She often co-wrote songs with her husband to express her feelings. Her uniqueness and vocal abilities earned her critical praise and a number of important award. In particular, she's won Grammy Awards three times. Grammy Award three times. Music isn't her only occupation. She also appears in television and film. She is also the author of her children's book River Rose and the Magical Lullaby as well as been a part of numerous charities.
